Brett Zazelenchuk
Brett Zazelenchuk is the founder of Body Wellness Club, a wellness education and product platform focused on infrared sauna therapy and red light therapy. He started BWC to bring the same standard of honest, mechanism-driven information to the sauna category that he wished had existed when he was first evaluating products for himself.
Brett has been a sauna enthusiast for over a decade and a sauna owner for more than five years. He has practiced cold plunging for three years and has maintained a holistic approach to health โ including yoga and whole food nutrition โ for over a decade. His product evaluations are grounded in direct, sustained personal use rather than short-term testing or brand relationships.
He studied sciences at the University of British Columbia before completing a degree in business, a combination that shapes how BWC approaches content: mechanisms first, marketing claims second, published data over brand assertions.
At BWC, Brett oversees all content and product evaluation, applying a consistent framework across every review: wavelength transparency, light delivery architecture, EMF and VOC testing standards, and real-world usability inside the sauna environment.
The goal is straightforward. Most people buying a premium infrared sauna will spend $7,000 to $10,000 and live with that decision for a decade. They deserve accurate information, not commission-driven rankings.
Body Wellness Club is based in Kelowna, BC. Our product line features LumenLife infrared saunas, including the Aurora Pro 2. Learn more at bodywellnessclub.com.
